International Journal of Leadership, Quality Education and African Development (IJLQEAD) knows the value and importance of the peer reviewers in the overall publication process in shaping individual manuscript, and also in shaping the reliability, trustworthiness and reputation of a journal. IJLQEAD is committed to the timely publication of all credible empirical and conceptually based manuscripts submitted for consideration and possible publication. As such, the identification and selection of reviewers who have expertise and interest in the topics appropriate to each manuscript are essential elements in ensuring a timely, effective and productive peer review process.
